We prioritize transparency and fairness in our payment process to ensure a smooth and trustworthy experience for our clients.
Clients are required to follow a 50% deposit before project initiation.
The remaining 50% should be paid before project delivery.
Projects will only commence upon receipt of the initial 50% deposit.
Our ordering process follows: Proposal -> Contract Letter/NDA -> Invoice -> Payment (50%) -> Project in Progress -> Review/Testing -> Payment (remaining 50%) -> Delivery.
Accepted payment methods: Card Payment, Bank Transfer (UK Only), Paypal, Payoneer.
We do not store payment information. Clients can pay by clicking the invoice link or transferring funds directly between bank accounts. Only bank transaction history is recorded.
Updated payment invoices will be sent after each payment.

Our commitment to client satisfaction extends to our refund policy, which is designed to provide peace of mind and reassurance.
While refunds are typically not issued except in critical cases such as project requirement discrepancies or accidents involving the client and the company, our clients can trust that their concerns will be addressed with care and consideration.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to handle refund requests promptly and fairly.
Clients can rest assured that their interests are protected, as we maintain clear communication channels and provide guidance on the cancellation process via info@devute.com.
It's important to note that our refund policy does not apply to paid resources such as hosting, domain registration, or any tools purchased specifically for the client's project and also no refunds are available once the project has commenced, even within one day of initiation.
